What if I exceed my monthly calls?
Extra PRFs are available at R35 each. We offer a grace period — if you usually stay within limits and have an occasional spike, we won't charge extra. For consistent overages, we'll contact you to discuss options.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a discovery meeting, create an implementation plan, provide training and demonstrations, then go live. We work at your pace to ensure everyone is comfortable with the system.
Can I add extra bases or vehicles?
Yes, additional bases and vehicles can be added to any plan. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.
What about POPIA compliance?
Our contracts are POPIA-aligned. All data is stored in South Africa and never leaves the country. We never sell or exploit your data and maintain strict security standards.
